No trip to Blackpool would be complete without sampling some fish’n’chips. “The Cottage” is renowned for its wide choice of and excellence of its fresh fish. It is a “must visit” and has served many “A list celebs” throughout the years. The Cottage features in Rick Steins ‘Seafood Lovers Guide' as the best fish & chips in Blackpool.
Non-pretentious surroundings but excellent cheap food. About a 10/15 minute drive
from Sunny-Dees’s but well worth the journey.

A bit closer to Sunny-Dee’s than the Cottage - a 5 minute walk along the promenade just past North Pier and just before Blackpool Tower is Harry Ramsden’s, famous for fresh fish, real chips and their trademark mushy peas.
Recently refurbished, Blackpool’s premier seafront fish and chip shop has seating for well over 100 people and great views over the sea.
Very popular and worth a visit.
If you are a lover of good quality Chinese food there are many restaurants and take-aways to choose from. Michael Wan’s was one of the first to open in Blackpool and has been around for as long as we can remember which is a recommendation in itself. Not the cheapest but certainly one of the best and only 5 minutes walk from Sunny-Dee’s. See Trip Advisor Reviews
